What are your plans today?
I was planning on getting up early to use my 30 day shred DVD but I hurt my ankle so I will be waiting until that feels better.
3 miles today on the treadmill.
Aunt Flo came Sat after a nice workout,however am taking it easy today.I have no energy.lol
