I was planning on getting up early to use my 30 day shred DVD but I hurt my ankle so I will be waiting until that feels better.

starting a new walking program today. It says 2 miles for today, plus I'm adding in some strength. :)

I would love to take my kids hiking, we usually do 2-3 miles a day together, but it's been raining. Hope it clears up!
