What's going on today?
Heading outside in the cool weather to run in a little bit!
gonna use the kettlebell, bands and whatnot at home today...do some abs too
and a zumba class later
Today was an hour cardio and tricept dips :)
Walked 2 miles at lunch. Gotta start the gym up again because my weight is WAY UP this week. Grrrrrr
I did Les Mills Combat :)
