Went for a 4 mile walk...fell and skinned both my knees! Fun day. (rolls eyes)

Walk at lunch. I set my alarm for the gym but woke up with a tight chest and a bad cough. Still can't work out yet! I'm ready to start running again!

I did 25 squats, 25 girl push ups and 5 sit ups when I woke up. I'm goin to work these things in a few times a day until i can get my baby on a schedule so I can guarntee myself treadmill time.

I will walk after lunch and I will run this evening when I get home. Will get 4-5 miles in on my run.

I wanted to break in my new shoes and play with Endomondo, I just downloaded it

Took body works at the gym. The instructor is awesome!
