BMR PLEASE!

I'm 5'3 and 210 lbs. I work out 5 days a week (beachbody workouts) so pretty intense workouts, and I'm 26 years old. MFP has my calories set to 1200 which seems really low to me and I'm continually going over them. So i've stopped counting calories all together and I just eat 100% clean now. I feel great, but would love to have some an actual number that I should strive for. I would like to lose 2 lbs a week, but less is okay too.. I only weigh myself like once a month now.

BMR: 1742

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1742*1.55=2700

To lose 1 lb per week: 2700-500=2200

Your ideal calorie range is 1742-2200 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

You would be under your BMR if you went for 2 lbs per week ( 1700).

Thank u so much! I knew 1200 was way too low! Ill be happy to be eating at a better range, and that's alright if I lose it slower I want to do this the right way. The first 50 lbs I lost I did it unhealthy with the hcg diet and I learned my lesson!
