What are your goals this week ladies?  Share with us!  How did you do this past week?

I didn't run as much as I had planned this past week...only ran 21 miles. But my legs NEEDED that break!  I started TRX training and did 3 days of that...it was great!  I'm looking forward to continuing it and progressing.  It's mega hard, but I'm determined to get it!

Sunday - 3 mile run & TRX training (about 15 minutes)

Monday - 4-5 mile treadmill run

Tuesday - 7-8 mile trail run

Wednesday - TRX training & 5-6 mile run

Thursday - Brady's birthday so not sure I will get in a workout...we'll see though:)

Friday - Going to Great Wolfe Lodge for his birthday and going shopping so I doubt I will get in a workout or run...just lots of walking around!

Saturday - We should get home early afternooon so I *might* get away for a run but not sure.

Great week here. I got my miles in and 2 boot camp classes!

Hoping to do the same next week but with 3 classes.

I'm resting today and Monday after my half.
Tuesday- strength and speed work.
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- strength and 3 mile run
Friday- 5-6 mile run
Saturday- pump it class

Stay on track with the walking program. I'm enjoying it so far..and the fact that my WL buddy built it for me..makes me that much more dedicated to stick to it.
Stick with the strength training 3 times this week.
Keep up with calories.
Continue to increase water. Keep falling short on it.
Hoping to finally see that new mini goal of 155! I was 156.2 this morning. so close!

Just to stay active. I already have a waddle lol at 17 weeks pregnant but I'm still running at least once a week.

I need to get serious this week...I dropped the exercise ball last week.

My goal for this week is to focus on toning. I'd like to do a Jillian workout everyday and keep up with weights and my challenges. If I can do Jillian every day, weights every other day and keep up with my challenges I'll be like a rockstar in my mind. lol

Aside from coffee I only drink water.

And I wait until I get to work to drink coffee so I get in at least a bottle before 9am.

I use to drink soda all the time, not it makes me feel so gross!!!

try out my new dvd and do some belly dance drills/isolations along with going to my zumba classes

don't think I made any goals last week- I went to 8 zumba classes though...and never got around to that new dvd
