First I would like to say: I am down 12.3 lbs since January 21st! I am excited.
Ok. So I am traveling to Alaska next Monday for work. I will be in Juneau for a few days then Ketchikan. If the weather isnt too rainy I would love to get out and walk/jog while I am there. The hotel I am staying at does have an exercise place.
I am excited and nervous. Because it is the first time that I am leaving the kids for more than 3-4 days. Plus I will be THOUSANDS of miles away. :S But I know I can do it.
I will be 3 hours behind my normal time zone. So that will affect me some. But hopefully not too much! I know it will be getting dusk/dark when I get off work. That will be hard. I am thinking that if I am too messed up from the time change. Then my morning work outs should be easier. Since I will be up way before I need to be to work.
