What is your goal?
what do you mean by goal- there are many goals...
my original BIG goal was to get to 175 and re-evaluate. I made it there and now I want 150's but right now I'm focusing on getting into the 160's
I would like to be able to do a push up eventually. I have never in my entire lifetime, been able to do one. I'm closer -but still not there yet
My Main goal is to get to 130 Right now I am working on getting done to 150.
I'm 5'9" and currently 198 lbs. I've been as low as 167 lbs and that was tough to maintain without nursing my son (oh those breastfeeding calorie burns were AWESOME!)
Now I'd like to see 180 lbs and maintain it then maybe 170 lbs.
Now if I could just lose the damn weight....grrrrrrr.....
My ultimate goal is to lose enough weight to be able to get pregnant. But after that I want to be between 135-140 lbs and be toned.
My goal is to get to 120 so I need to loose 30 pounds. Then I might try for another 5-10 depending on how I look when I get to my goal.
My goal is 120. And also, I'd like to become a runner!
