Smoothies.

I am looking for some good recipes of smoothies. The only problem is I cant have almonds or protein powder. I am allergic to almonds and protein powder makes me sick to my stomach. Thanks for the help ladies.

I'm not really sure of any, but I'll give you a bump. :) I have a friend who makes a lot of shakes/smoothies, if I talk to her I'll mention your question.

I make green smoothies the most. Majority of smoothies you don't have to use almond milk or protein powder.
My green smoothies are
Banana
Baby spinach
Pineapple
Fresh orange juice (I squeeze it myself)
Plain Greek yogurt
And sometimes I add blue berries
And some ice
