I did a 20 minute calethetics routine from youtube.  I was sweating buckets when I got done!

Walked 1.75 Miles with the kids and walking buddy. It was raining,icing half way through. We had to cut it short from our usual 2+.
I will probably do a couple more miles later this evening.

Week 4 Day 2 of Couch to 5K & Sculpt from Brazil Butt Lift. Pretty excited about it! I have some BIG goals to accomplish by the new year! :) Go get it ladies!
