I did a 20 minute calethetics routine from youtube. I was sweating buckets when I got done!
6 mile trail run
Week 4 Day 2 of Couch to 5K & Sculpt from Brazil Butt Lift. Pretty excited about it! I have some BIG goals to accomplish by the new year! :) Go get it ladies!
I did 18 minutes on the tread climber. Working my way back up to 30 minutes
Nothing yet but My plan is an hour of kick Boxing and 30 mins of yoga
