Workout buddy

I am looking for a workout/ eating healthy buddy that has a smart phone, or tablet, etc 

so we can keep in touch easy and encourage each other! I'm 25 and need to loose about 30lbs 


let me know! Ill be active daily (unless I'm not home where my wifi is)

What kind of workout program are you doing? I am putting together a challenge group using Beachbody workouts and want to get it going in the next 2 weeks!

Im 38 and need to lose 30 pounds too. Im super busy, work full time with 3 kids in sports so its hard but i want to commit to 20 minutes a day.

Insanity is an awesome program!  I have done it twice!  I have a challenge group starting in about 2 weeks if you want to hop in!

 Have you heard of Focus T25?  It is an amazing program - 25 min/day.  Also, Tony Horton (P90X guy)  also has a "10 minute trainer" program.  You could do 2 DVDs per day.  Both can give you amazing results!  Let me know if you are interested and I can give you some more info!  I am also putting together a group for support and accountability!
