I ran 4.89 miles... Wanted to so stop by the 8th hill but blahhhh kept going. Then the stair mill, abs and pull ups.

No I ran the trails at Quantico... These hills are evil lol. I decided to count but after hill 13 I was over it and still needed to run back. Lol I thought of you on my run... Helped me stick with it

And I think of you during my TRX and core training...I'm cursing you in my mind!  LOL!  That crap sucks!  LOL!
