I did p90x plyo. It's been over an hour since my workout and I'm still sweating!
A bit late, but I finally got in a 5 mile run. My schedule has been so busy these past 2 wks that it's been incredibly hard squeezing in any workout time. Hopefully I'll be back to normal next week.
