Yep...these ladies are right.
I work in the medical field and we tell our patients to drink 1/2 of their body weight..what I do is I fill up 3 Gatorade bottles with water and make it my goal to finish all f them befor 6 pm. It seems easier if I can "see" the water I need to drink.
When people say "half your body weight," they mean half an ounce for every pound. So for you, about 90-95 oz/day. =)

All water you get is good though so don't feel like if you can't hit that every day you shouldnt even try!

You should rink 1/2 your body weight in ounces on an average day. IF YOU ARE WORKING OUT, drink an extra 16 ounces. When you first wake up in the morning, drink 1 liter of water, before you eat or anything. Drink it all. It will give you a boost for the day!
