they would say half your body weight- but I still can't drink that much water-and I've lost 72 lbs!
*I drink about 40-60 oz of plain water per day
I started at 180 with my coach and he said for me to hit 95 oz... So about half your body weight is what you need.

I agree with everyone else.. They say drinking half of your body weight in water is good.
Yep...these ladies are right.
I work in the medical field and we tell our patients to drink 1/2 of their body weight..what I do is I fill up 3 Gatorade bottles with water and make it my goal to finish all f them befor 6 pm. It seems easier if I can "see" the water I need to drink.
When people say "half your body weight," they mean half an ounce for every pound. So for you, about 90-95 oz/day. =)
"Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want right now."
They would say half your body weight in ounces, so that would be about 92 ozs. of water.
All water you get is good though so don't feel like if you can't hit that every day you shouldnt even try!
I know when I'm not drinking enough my body craves it..............
I have heard half your body weight in OZ but not more than a gallon.
You should rink 1/2 your body weight in ounces on an average day. IF YOU ARE WORKING OUT, drink an extra 16 ounces. When you first wake up in the morning, drink 1 liter of water, before you eat or anything. Drink it all. It will give you a boost for the day!
