These are a few goals that I want to achieve. I have more, and I will update later :)
My number one goal is to hopefully lose these haunting 10 pounds that I can't seem to budge! Hoping to increase my speed on the TM up to 4 miles per hour by the end of Nov. Hoping to be at 5 miles a day. Those are my main goals.
My goal in November is to complete BBL's Bum Bum without a break! November also brings a new challenge group to me, so I have a goal to continue doing my program 6 days/week and motivating everyone in the group to keep pushing!! :)
Do some belly dance work at least once a week
end the month with a total of at least 75 lbs lost ( I'm at 73.5 now)
My goals are more Nov/Dec (I have that finish out the year strong in my head right now!!)
1. Get to 100 pounds gone. (sitting at 10ish pounds to go) *gotta bust through this plateau first!!!
2. Get to where 4 miles is the "easy" run.
3. Do a Combat/Brazilian Butt Lift Hybrid.
4. Keep with the good food choices.
5. Make it through the holidays with out going crazy :) (specifically to food choices)
My goal is to drop the few pounds I have left by Thanksgiving.
Been lazy with the exercising lately. So need to get back to the gym and walking again.
I'd like to see the 140's by Nov 16th because I'm going to visit family who hasn't seen me since my first trimester with Joey. I'm 157.5 today so here's to hoping I can get there by then! After that no real goals till summer. My goal for summer is to rock a bikini :)
My simple goal is to keep it under 200 lbs. That's maintaining. I'd love to lose 5 lbs but that's seeming more and more difficult as I get older.
