This morning:
30 x 50lbs ab cruncher
20 x 100lbs leg extension
25 x 70lbs incline bench press
30 x 60lbs seated row
30 x 70lbs tricep press
20 x 330lbs seated leg press

This evening:
30 x 330lbs seated leg press
20 x 80lbs incline bench press
20 x 110lbs back extension
25 x 60lbs ab cruncher
40 x 70lbs seated row
1 minute plank

Walked 1 mile

Wish I had gotten in more cario, but still a good day.
