Hey everyone! I'm Jennifer, and I am on a 2 year plan to become a firefighter.  


Starting weight: 253lbs

Current weight: 244lbs

Goal weight: 150lbs

Yesterdays workout:

Morning:
30 x 50lbs ab cruncher
20 x 100lbs leg extension
25 x 70lbs incline bench press
30 x 60lbs seated row
30 x 70lbs tricep press
20 x 330lbs seated leg press

Evening:
30 x 330lbs seated leg press
20 x 80lbs incline bench press
20 x 110lbs back extension
25 x 60lbs ab cruncher
40 x 70lbs seated row
1 minute plank

Walked 1 mile

30 push ups
60 sit ups
75 squats
60 lunges (30 per leg)
240 jumping jacks
180 sec wall sit (3 at 60 sec each)

On top of my normal exercises I am also doing a 28 day ab challenge, and a 30 day squat challenge.

Lost of green leafy veggies (spinach, kale, etc) oatmeal, raisins, walnuts, almonds, all kinds of fruit, , catfish, protien shakes, brown rice, chicken, tons of water, salads, energy bars, and more veggies :)
