Do you BINGE right before going on a DIET?

It's my MO.  I totally do this right before I am about to embark on a new fitness/eating right routine.  My biggest binge items have sugar!  I am such a freak for carbs!  How about you?

No... My coach did make me have two cheat meals before I started with him. It was meant to throw my body off from the eating habits I had and start a new one.

Oh yeah...never again, though. Started a natural supplement that shut off the carb/sugar craving--thank goodness! I was carb/sugar obsessed. Down almost 14 pounds in 60 days!

I count calories and still eat what I want- just less of it ;)
