 It's the 1st of November! How much do you weigh? How much do you want to lose for the month of November



I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 176.6 which is a loss of 1.4 lbs

*SIGH* I am 340 pounds. I'd like to lose 20 pounds at least this month :-(

I weigh 127 trying to maintain. It's a struggle need to tone up my butt is extremely saggy.

*Sigh*189 hoping to be 170 by Dec 1. But I have been bouncing between 185 and 190 for 2 months now.banging head into wall

As of October 30th- I am at 165.5 (calling it 166!)

I want to lose at least 2 lbs this month ( may sound like a tiny goal- but if you were me, you would think it's a GREAT one *only lost 2-3 lbs all summer...and was working out-eating my calories...)

I am 150 and I plan on losing 0 

We are 8 weeks pregnant with our little suprise! so my weight loss Jurney is put on hold till after this lil one makes their arrivle in June!

I'm 5'2 as well :) My goal weight is 125. I'm 176.6 as of this morning
