On top of my normal exercises I am also doing a 28 day ab challenge, and a 30 day squat challenge. 

20 x 330lbs leg press

30 x 100lbs leg extensions

30 x 45lbs front squats

30 x 45lbs power clean

30 x 45lbs dead lift

30 x 45lbs jerk
