i have started the insanity workout this week, today was day 2 and i also walked 5miles.

30 minutes of treadmill.
30 minutes of a combo of strength training for my arms and legs :)

I'm feeling a little bit better but Sam yesterday was on the elliptical and I was trying to rest in bed. He has pneumonia and I just have a cold hopefully I won't get his pneumonia. Dh and I kept telling him to rest but he has too much energy lol
