How do you stay accountable?

How do you stay accountable for your weight loss? I actually started a Facebook page about my weight loss journey. I knew I had to check in and post how I was doing. I didn't want to say that I gained weight or gave up. If you are interested it is really easy to start a page. Here is my link if you want some ideas.

I use sparkpeople and myfitnesspal. I'm accountable to myself though. If the scale doesn't move then it's my fault, if I didn't get in my workouts, if I are too much crap, it's me who I answer to. I like using those two things bc it helps with reading success stories, recipe ideas and even support ( like this one). But overall my success is up to me.
Believe it, be it, you will achieve it!

I don't...I take breaks and skip workouts from time to time. I don't like to take anything too seriously and find that by not putting pressure on myself I'm more likley to do it. lol

I'm the kind of person who if I don't enjoy what I do then I won't do it. My workouts have changed a LOT since I started this journey, I spent a bunch of time just trying to find what I liked. I'm big into lifting right now and haven't skipped a work out in about a week because I'm having fun.

I am accountable to myself I can def tell when I had a good week vs when I had a bad one. I am well aware and completely honest with myself. I log everything on LoseIt it keeps me motivated to see my numbers.
