So...found this challenge on pinterest the other night and thought id give it a try ! Did day one and it wasn't so bad though I'm sure my legs and booty will be whistling a different tune tomorrow. Thought I'd share the challenge it seemed semi simple! :) Let me know if your gonna try and howit works out for you. I measured my thighs and waist today and I'm gonna do it on day 15 and day 30. Good luck ladies you got this ! :)

OH wow, that looks pretty intense. I hate squats. They kill me, which is probably why i should do them.

im on day 3 and my legs feel like they are breaking ! lol it takes an act of congress to at down or.climb steps!!!

Unlike many of these I see on Pinterest, this actually looks challenging. Go for it! I may join in, though I'm preggers...but I think I can handle squats, pushups and leg lifts.

defininetly gonna try this. i had started it a while ago but never went through my 30 days only 2 weeks and a half. thanks for sharing this :)
