Body Fat *Update*

Added this top picture for another idea of what things look like


I figured out my body fat today (based on taping and the way that the military would do it) and I am at 25%... Ideally I want to get down to 14-15%. Anyone else know their body fat? Have an ideal? Which body type is your current and which would you like to get to? 

Update to this: (PS this is why I love posting to CM.... It allows for you to reflect and look back at your progress)

Got my bodyfat done on base and it has gone down. I am at an 18.4% ... I am slowly but surely going to hit that 12-15% range when I figure out my diet better. My bodyfat now puts me in the ideal category but my goals are bigger. Anyone else have new goals to share?

Right now mine is at 35% but would like to get to at least 17-18%

I honestly have no idea. I should probably do this though. Im sure it would be eye opening.

I'm in the 20% with extra on the booty. The 17-18% is my goal.

I'm currently pregnant. But once I'm able tl start my weightloss journey after baby i would like to be at 20%

You need to measure your neck, hips and waist... Also know your height and weight. I added the links for a calculator sorry I can't make it clicky.
