Finally, I started to lose again. After a 3 month plateau I've lost this month. Yay!!

I do deadlifts. I'm not gonna lie, it feels so good for some reason maybe even a little turned on by it lmao! :P

It is a good feeling when I attend a yoga class and I surprise myself with how long I can hold a position (warrior, plank, balance..ect..)!

Normally I don't like surprises...but those are the BEST! I love leaving a yoga class thinking "Wow, I didn't think I could hold that plank/warrior/balance position that long!  =DThe same thing happens in my zumba classes. Sometimes I will finish a zumba class thinking "I'm pumped! I still feel like working out. I bet I didn't even need to take a break when I did!"

Haha! Mine is squats and lunges!! The lower I go with them the better I feel!
