I would probably log it as circuit training...what were you doing?

Are you talking about your strength circuit?
I don't usually track my strength, because it is hard to find on MFP..and because I'm slightly lazy. ;) ha
Plus I found sit ups once and it didn't count calories..just reps. So I decided to just let strength be a surprise for how many calories I burned...at least for now. IN the next six months or so I plan to really switch to focusing more on strength/body fat etc.
Good luck!

1 mom liked this
40 arm curls using a 7 lb weight, 10 situps, 10 crunches, 10 modified pushups, 30 windmill toe touches and 10 squats.

Sometimes I add jump roping as well for like 2 minutes. Whole routine takes 7 minutes from start to finish without the jump roping.

Yep. lol so I am. I found it in strength and it only logged reps but when I looked in cardio it was there as well.

Thanks!

Yes I do it daily, no I don't change it up. I was doing it once a day but once I timed myself and found it was only 7 mins, I started feeling lazy lol so now I do it twice a day
