I Need Extra Help

 Hi!

I have been on and off watching my weight for most of my life. I know I am at my heaviest right now and I feel really lousy. It's the holidays and I am really worried about starting a healthy eating plan at this time of the year.

I did belong to a gym and did zumba, but it was and is really hard finding the time to get there.

I don't know where or how to stat this time around. I am old 55 years and a mother of 4 kids, so trying to budget the right foods is hard.

Any help and advice I would greatly appreciate.

Welcome!  Diet is the most important thing when it comes to losing weight.  Your diet should consist of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and lean protein.  Little to no processed foods and LOTS of water!
