I have been on and off watching my weight for most of my life. I know I am at my heaviest right now and I feel really lousy. It's the holidays and I am really worried about starting a healthy eating plan at this time of the year.
I did belong to a gym and did zumba, but it was and is really hard finding the time to get there.
I don't know where or how to stat this time around. I am old 55 years and a mother of 4 kids, so trying to budget the right foods is hard.
Any help and advice I would greatly appreciate.
