It's the 1st of the month! How much do you weigh??

It's the 1st of December. How much do you weigh?? As of this morning I weigh 177.8 which is down almost 2 lbs from my last weigh in. My goal weight is 125 so I've got a ways to go but I'm getting there. :)

Do you think the time of day that you weigh affects the scale??

132. not the best weight but at 9 months pregnant I was 186,I gave birth in September. Making progress.

I weigh 111 this was less than my goal a yr ago when I weighed 143 at 4'11 😳 but now my goals are less about the scale and more on gaining inches in certain areas and losing in others

147, recently have lost over 90 pounds, and I think it does affect the scale. Morning time after going to the bathroom is the best.

144.8 and today is the day I hit the 100 pounds gone mark! I still want to lose about 10-15 more. I can't believe I've made it to 100!

 I am a big believer that the time of say affects your weight. First ting in the morning before you eat or drink anything is best. You have to consider water weight, bloat etc. if you weigh after you have eaten or drank anything :)
