For the last 6 months I've been eating super healthy, exercising, and lost about 65 pounds. Then all of a sudden we went out of town for Thanksgiving, and I was enjoying myself with my family and the old eating habits crept back up again (large portions and too many sweets!). Plus I wasn't working out. I gained 2.5 pounds over the long 5-day weekend.
What do you do when you "slip up" and make some unhealthy choices?? Give me some motivation to get back on track again tomorrow!!
