Maintaining a food journal will help to keep you on the right track.
You can find food journals at various sites online, as apps on smartphones or you can just write it down.

Bonus: Stay Fit Activity - Winter weather has hit most of the US dropping snow and ice all over the country. One good way to get a workout in, is to go out and shovel snow/ice. You can burn anywhere from 200 to 350 calories an hour shoveling snow!
