I did legs - dead lifts, sumo squats, hamstring curls, straight leg dead lift, wall sits with extensions, and plyo box jumps. I have one more exercise to do but I'm trying to figure out a mod since my arms are acting up with the temperature...

I got in a 3.5 mile run despite snow and ice on the ground. Felt good to get outside after a weekend stuck indoors.

I ran on a treadmill at the gym. 2.5 mile run and 0.75 mike walk.

 I did P90X Cardio X after I had finished that I was done for the day lol
