What is everyone doing today?
I got in a 3.5 mile run despite snow and ice on the ground. Felt good to get outside after a weekend stuck indoors.
upper body strength training and cardio (:
Walked a quick "hilly" mile on the T.M.
I did P90X Cardio X after I had finished that I was done for the day lol
