Post 3 kids later...my belly is my curse! The last just turning 3yo, I BADLY wanted to be, "me" again!! This last yr, I lost 24lbs as a result of incorporating these basics; eating clean, working out everyday 40-120min/day; (cardio 5x/wk, w/free weights 3x/wk) and, no snacking after dinner unless I was really hungry for some reason then I would allow myself an apple w/ PB...but usually, I was fine. Here are the results of my hard work and I hope to have even better ones for 2014!!! Good luck to each of you as well!!
