When do you workout?

Do you work out on a schedule or as time permits?

I am finding it hard with my son out of school for the holidays to fit the time in.

I prefer to workout at night usually 430-630 or 530-730. I get better results.
I would like to workout in the morning but my body just doesn't respond as well when I workout in the AM. It might be bc I did my workout got it in and then at night I seem more hungry. Idk. But whatever it is, working out at night seems to fit my "body".

As time permits. But prefer AM just gets it out of way. Will have the rest of day for my 4 kiddos

I still have 2.5 Weeks until I can artsy exercising due to my c section, but i'm aiming for the early morning before both my kids wake up so I can shower too. However, if I can't, I'll just wait until my youngest takes a nap. :)

Cardio every morning and sometimes in the afternoon on the same day if I'm feeling sluggish. Lately it has been I have been snacking on holliday goodies

i prefer first thing in the morning, but have done it in the evening as well.

As time permits, typically after school. Since we are out of school and my son's been at his dad's, I've been able to be more flexible with my workouts. We've had really nice weather and so I've been able to get outside and run. It's great. :-)
