They need your age weight height and what you do for exercise and how much

I will be doing lots of elliptical and cardio DVDs 3-5 days a week..min 40 mins..
I just got cleared for exercise after a csection so I don't currently..

BMR: 1836

1836 x 1.55 = 2846

2846 - 500 = 2346

To lose 1-2 lbs per week while exercising 3-5 days per week, consume 1836-2346 calories per day.
