I kind of overdid it with the planks and push ups yesterday. My right shoulder is bugging me pretty bad, I think I may skip toning today and just do cardio.

Cardio is always good.hope you shoulder feels better

I am starting this over today, since my schedule got messed up after 2 days, due to Christmas and my sons birthday.

My second post baby "run"

which is the slowest jog ever mixed with so walking. But hey, it's a start.
