Exercising while on period?

Are you still able to do your normal workouts while on period?

Yes. It's proven, that unless you have some severe condition, exercise helps alleviate accompanying symptoms.

Yep. In fact I have shorter lighter periods and less cramping if I keep up with working out.

I only skip if its really heavy but when i do workout i put a clean pad on when i get there and as soon as im done another one before i leave so i know its not a mess. Sorry hope its not to tmi

Sometimes I cut things short because I get terrible headaches but I think working out helps with the cramps.

I can't the day before I start, day one, and sometimes day 2. I have cramps so severe I have to take a perscription pain killer, and I clot the size of tennis balls. I know, way TMI.

Yes , but instead of a 2hr work out I only do 1hr just because I really uncomfortable . I feel like I will bleed through & like I stink with all the sweating lOl

see this is exactly what I'm going through. I've tried all otc meds & nothing works. I have severe cramps sometimes it's hard to get out of bed. I can't workout at all for two days. It sucks
