anyone needing to lose alot of weight?
I was just wondering how many of you need/want to lose alot of weight. I need to lose around 150 lbs. to be in a healthy weight range for my height. could anyone use a weight loss buddy? any one use my fitness pal? I'm just restarting my journey to a healthier me. I started to eat healthier and plan on starting my exercises as soon as my back heals up.(I've been haveing HORRIBLE back pain) happens about once a year to the point im lucky if I can even walk. but I'm ready and know I have to stick with it no matter what this time
