anyone needing to lose alot of weight?

 I was just wondering how many of you need/want to lose alot of weight.  I need to lose around 150 lbs.  to be in a healthy weight range for my height.  could anyone use a weight loss buddy?  any one use my fitness pal?  I'm just restarting my journey to a healthier me.  I started to eat healthier and plan on starting my exercises as soon as my back heals up.(I've been haveing HORRIBLE back pain)  happens about once a year to the point im lucky if I can even walk.  but I'm ready and know I have to stick with it no matter what this time

I have about 75 lbs to lose. Since I had my daughter 10 wks ago, I've lost 40 lbs (gained 35 during pregnancy). I began regular exercise (6 days/week) when I was 6 weeks PP and have since lost 13" all around my body.

According to the BMI I should be 125lbs (thats 75lbs). At my heaviest I was 280 plus.

Have you looked at any fitness programs to get you started.

i still have about 60 lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight.. i started at about 280 and im at 210 now...

I use myfitnesspal and love it. I have it set up with my other apps that help track how many calories I burn.

MFP is such a wonderful tool. I used it to lose most of my weight..and am still using it.

I say I need to lose 80. But to be within normal weight I need to lose 140, but I don't think that I would look good that small.

I need to lose about 125# pounds. My goal is 30#, though. I cannot see big numbers yet. I'm starting small. Very small. My first goal is to drink enough water each day.
