What is everyones goals for 2014?

Goals
Physical: get back on track and reach my healthy weight loss!
Mental: be a happier person! Look for the positives!! I want to be the best person I can for my family!!
Spiritual: start taking lauren to sunday school again n ow that I drive it will be easier! !

Happy New Year!


I've reached my goal weight so there are no weight loss resolutions, but the winter months curtail my activites so I'm sure I'll have a few pounds to lose again come spring. 

Goal #1:  use the elliptical at least 3 times a week during winter

Goal #2:  get my shoulders healed enough to start light weightlifting again

Goal #3:  continue eating the way I have been, with loads of veggies incorporated.

Goal #4:  plan a better garden for better eating and for better savings on food

Goal #5:  plan out a stricter budget and stick to it

Goal #6:  cut grocery bill down to no more than $200 a month for food...$300 a month for food/pet food/misc. household supplies

Goal #7:  put at least half of any overtime pay into savings

Goal #8:  stick to Flylady techniques to keep the household chores organized

Goal #9:  stay on the kids to stick to their school lessons schedule...be more consistent

Goal #10:  get out on good weather days, spend time in the sun!

Goal #11:  play more! 

Goal #12:  less criticism, more building up

For my weightloss I want to lose 20-25lbs. I plan to do it slowly, I am in no rush.

I want to get a Gym membership next month since I live so close to it, I have never been to a gym before.

I plan to start college this year, and the nursing program next year. I am so excited for that.

goals for me would be to get stronger- use more weights and lose about 5-10 more lbs

and find a new "home" for zumba when I move. I will be SO SO sad to leave the place I go to now

I have several goals:

Round 2 of Insanity...starting tomorrow! 

Running....run 1,000 miles!

Nutrition....eat more veggies, fruits, protein, VERY little of everything else....LOTS of water!

Weight loss....aiming to lose 5-7 pounds/month to hit my ultimate goal of 45 pounds loss by the end of the year!

Weight loss goal: To lose 40 pounds this year (hopefully within the first 6 months).

Fitness goal: To run/walk more (build up to 5 miles a day).

I posted a big long post in my journal with my goals.
The highlights were:
1. Lose the last 15-17 lbs to reach my ultimate goal of 135 lbs.
2. Train for and finish a half marathon, walking.
3. Start and finish some form of work out program, like p90x
4. Try two new different types of exercises..zumba and yoga?
5. Start building my forever closet of mostly thrifted clothes.
6. play outside and do more outdoor activities with my kids. Hiking, hide and seek, tag etc.
7. Continue to eat right and drink the right amount of water.
8. Focus on accepting who I am now. My brain hasn't caught up with my body yet.
9. Continue to work on healing from my eating disorder. I may never be completely healed, but every step in the right direction helps.

hmm..there were a couple more, but those are the big ones. :)

I am starting P90X3 next week, so I plan to complete that and really work on toning up that problem area under the butt.... It is like my fat reserves or something! Lol

That's awesome! I have the same education goals - back to school this Fall & hopefully the nursing program next year. Good luck!!

This year I would like to:

Train for and run a 5K

Play outside more

Successfully garden

Go back to school in the Fall

Go on serious hikes several times a week

Wear shorts this summer.
