Happy New Year!
reached my goal weight so there are no weight loss resolutions, but the winter months curtail my activites so
I'm sure I'll have a few pounds to lose again come spring.
Goal #1: use the elliptical at least 3 times a week during winter
Goal #2: get my shoulders healed enough to start light weightlifting again
Goal #3: continue eating the way I have been, with loads of veggies incorporated.
Goal #4: plan a better garden for better eating and for better savings on food
Goal #5: plan out a stricter budget and stick to it
Goal #6: cut grocery bill down to no more than $200 a month for food...$300 a month for food/pet food/misc. household supplies
Goal #7: put at least half of any overtime pay into savings
Goal #8: stick to Flylady techniques to keep the household chores organized
Goal #9: stay on the kids to stick to their school lessons schedule...be more consistent
Goal #10: get out on good weather days, spend time in the sun!
Goal #11: play more!
Goal #12: less criticism, more building up
For my weightloss I want to lose 20-25lbs. I plan to do it slowly, I am in no rush.
I want to get a Gym membership next month since I live so close to it, I have never been to a gym before.
I plan to start college this year, and the nursing program next year. I am so excited for that.
goals for me would be to get stronger- use more weights and lose about 5-10 more lbs
and find a new "home" for zumba when I move. I will be SO SO sad to leave the place I go to now
I have several goals:
Round 2 of Insanity...starting tomorrow!
Running....run 1,000 miles!
Nutrition....eat more veggies, fruits, protein, VERY little of everything else....LOTS of water!
Weight loss....aiming to lose 5-7 pounds/month to hit my ultimate goal of 45 pounds loss by the end of the year!
Weight loss goal: To lose 40 pounds this year (hopefully within the first 6 months).
Fitness goal: To run/walk more (build up to 5 miles a day).
