To lose the 5 pounds I gained over the Christmas/New Year holiday plus two more for good measure!

To start journaling my foods again and track my calories better!

Continue tracking every day, lose 4-5lbs. Give yoga a try.

My goal for this month is to run at least 5 days a week, even if its just around the corner. then do lots of pilates, planks and squats to really try to hit my trouble spots. Oh I'd like to get back to eatting healthier.... the holidays get me every year!!

To keep going with losing weight.  I gave birth to my 2nd child 7 weeks ago and was overweight to begin with.  I need to get back to getting active!

I'm starting round 2 of Insanity tomorrow.  Should be tough but really good for me!  I'm also starting my full marathon training plan on Sunday.  Excited about that!

Thanks! I think it's going to be quite a challenge. Several of my coworkers and my rheumatologist recommended it. I'm just really inflexible and clutzy, so I see a lot of falling on my face in the future! Lol!
