Lo carb food list?

Where can I find a printAble sheet. I'm finding them but you either can't print or its to small and not what I'm looking for.

Thanks I also heard to cut out bread,pasta,rice when you do low carb. But on this list I see you can eat it. Confused? If I wanted to loose weight how much carbs should I be eating?

It's for "lo-carb" bread/pasta.  I'm not into putting garbage into my body anymore, so I stick with real foods, like the ones found on the 2nd list.

you can kickstart your low-carb plan with no more than 20 - 30g of carbs a day, but that is pretty harsh and hard to stick to, trust me.  You can give it a try, but if you can't do it, go ahead and increase to no more than 60g of carbs a day until you feel better.  That's still not a lot when you figure in the veggies...they have more carbs than you think.
