Ok I'm sick of being overweight. I've lost a lot of weight but I'm stuck and very unhappy. Please tell me what I can do to jump start this again! I've taken a week off from working out because I've been so sad

I've recently started logging my workouts and meals in MyFitnessPal. It's really helping me keep my eating in check.

Next time you feel sad, don't take a week off. Even though it's the last thing in the world that sounds like fun, just work out. Just do it. You have to have consistency in order to make it a habit. Once it becomes a habit it's hard to break. Sitting around, being down in the dumps is doing you NO good. If you want something, you have to WORK for it. Pull yourself up by your boot straps. You can do this.

What about a jump start with the 6 week Dr Ian Smith Revolutionary Shred Diet.

A book with a 6week diet. Pretty balanced and not brutal.

Did you track your food and exercise before?  Doing that really helps me.

Sounds like it's time to mix things up.
What have you been doing? What's been working, and what hasn't?
Are you tracking your food? How much are you taking in each day?
What do your workouts look like? How long, how often, how intense, and what? Is it the same thing every day?
