I'm scaling back a bit. Just focusing on my training plan and not doing Insanity...just too much to do and not enough time/focus for all of it. I want to set myself up for success and not failure. So, I'm just following my training plan at this time.
This week, I'll log 26 miles with Wednesday as my rest day. I'm also going to focus more on my food this week. Veggies, fruits, and meat...I'm going to try REALLY hard to limit (seriously) limit everything else. I know I can do this!
My goals are to be at the gym at least 3 days this week..most likely it will be 5 though..
I also plan on getting back to logging my food.

Run at 2.5 miles at least 5 times this week, use Power 90 DVD at least 3 times this week, continue to not drink soda (2 weeks now) and continue to eat healthy and track calories.
