I just had a banana and some 100 cal strawberry banana greek yogurt. Now off to shower because its cold and my run did not warm me up.

I'm going to juice some kale apples lemons grapefruit and ginger. I know it sounds gross but I like it

Smoothie: spinach, peaches, strawberries, cherries, cashews, water, banana and coffee ( black as always)...water will be started when I get to the gym in a few minutes.

I've got 1/4 of a sweet potato to use up, so it'll be sweet potato and spinach hash, poached eggs, and a mug of veggie juice.

I'll make a shake after I work out and get ready for work. I drink half on my way to work and half around 10. It's just a way I'm trying to add more calories in since I normally skip breakfast,

One bowl of Kashi crunch cereal, coffee, then water until lunchtime.
