Smoothie: spinach, peaches, strawberries, cherries, cashews, water, banana and coffee ( black as always)...water will be started when I get to the gym in a few minutes.

I've got 1/4 of a sweet potato to use up, so it'll be sweet potato and spinach hash, poached eggs, and a mug of veggie juice.
