Well, start with what you're eating.  Clean eating is great for helping lose in that area!

Does anyone have any information on nutrition?  I'm getting alot of mixed info.  Any good books or websites that I can go to.

I know I need to quite eating processed foods, but when I pull up a list of processed foods on the internet it's pretty much everything that is edible.

Any feed back would be great.

I do the exercise video of Leslie Sansone for belly fat.  Have been doing that for a couple weeks now.

Shop on hte outside aisles of the grocery store. I.e. only the meat, dairy, produce, and bread aisles. Frozen veggies are also an okay choice, better than canned. If you want something from down the asiles try to find things with less than 5 ingridients that are all pronounceable.

If you want granola bars make them etc. Most processed foods are easy to make and yummier.

From what I've read is you want to reduce sugar and you want to do cardio at least 3o mins 3x a week.  Clean eating with help.

I lost mine after 5 kids (plus baby pouch) with the skinny wraps. :)

What about meat for like sandwiches?  I know not to get the packaged lunch meat, but what about the meat from the deli like ham & turkey breast?  On that list was also tuna,  I didn't think canned tuna was bad for ya.  I only buy tuna in water.
