I finally did it!

I beat my personal record for running! Ran 4 miles in just under 58 minutes! I normally run 3 miles in about 50 minutes. Proud of myself!

Strange thing is I'm not even out of breath. I could probably go another mile or two if i tried.

That is strange!!

I wish I could run a mile without dying!!

I always go back and forth with running. I go too hardcore into running, get up to 2 miles, get bored and stop...

I do a lot in the gym but when I stop running, I have a really hard time running again and have to start from scratch. Lol

What i started doimg is running for 30 sec then a brisk walk for 30 sec. Its called the run/walk/run method.

I've never been a runner. Ever. But, I'm beginning the couch to 5K program on Feb 17.

I'm training for a 10 miler in march so i want i want to get up to a decent time and pace before then

Thats a good program. I'm training for my first 10 mile run in march. Never ran more than a 5k so it will def be a challenge.
