How to lose the last ten pounds!?

I am struggling hard to lose the last 10 pounds 

Anyone had any trouble? Any tips? Should i work out harder?

What is your current workout routine? My guess is you have plateaued.

I usually run/ walk for 45 minutes but I'm thinking about doing the classes my gym offers more often

I'm also really tired too :( maybe I need more protein

You may not be getting enough calories in. I do a recovery protein shake after I work out that I got off Amazon and it has seemed to help me. I've been using it for 3 weeks. It's called "Melissa's Recovery Drink" and it's specifically for women. If you do different kinds of workouts each day that may help you!

You should take a look at what you eat and then probably add some strength to your routine as well.  Good luck!

try changing it up- do somthing different-add some weights?
