It's Monday....what are you doing today?
I'm definitely dragging this morning...tired to say the least. JM Lower Body workout (Buns/Thighs/Legs) done...it's a 40 minute workout for your lower half. Kicked my butt for sure. Literally.
I just finished day 6 of my squat challenge yayyyyy!!!
Today is my rest day from the Dance Off the Inches program. I'm not going to do much of anything. Maybe see what I can do in the way of situps and a short walk if it's not too cold later.
I did pure cardio and cardio abs. Possibly running later. Or at least a walk/run.
just got back from hip hop cardio :)
*was out last week due to bronchitis. Felt SO SO good to be back :)
This morning I did my 3rd day of level 3 JM 30 day shred, and then did level on of her Yoga Meltdown. Might get a walk in later if the weather permits.
I pulled weights for 30 minutes and did the cross ramp for an hour...
