I'm definitely dragging this morning...tired to say the least.  JM Lower Body workout (Buns/Thighs/Legs) done...it's a 40 minute workout for your lower half.  Kicked my butt for sure.  Literally.

Today is my rest day from the Dance Off the Inches program.  I'm not going to do much of anything.  Maybe see what I can do in the way of situps and a short walk if it's not too cold later.

Gym later as long as my stomachache goes away. Cardio and strength for arms/back

I did pure cardio and cardio abs. Possibly running later. Or at least a walk/run.

just got back from hip hop cardio :)

*was out last week due to bronchitis. Felt SO SO good to be back :)

This morning I did my 3rd day of level 3 JM 30 day shred, and then did level on of her Yoga Meltdown. Might get a walk in later if the weather permits.

I may skip the gym today but if I do go ill probably walk for 30-45 mins and elliptical for 15. Extra tired today and have an ultrasound later.
