I finished round 1 of RUTHLESS, on Friday, so round 2 starts today :)

Half marathon training calls for a short easy run today so I may do some leg work as well. My shoulder is killing me today (well has been hurting since Friday) so Ill leave arms alone, and if it's not better by tomorrow I'll try to see my pcp.

Yes ma'am!!!  Especially today!  LOL

I am drinking my coffee and then headed out to the gym for a 5 mile interval run, squats and lunges :)

 It is a rest day for me for both of my workout challenges so i will be doing laundry

Probably nothing again today. I'm having a particularly bad period. It started slow and easy, took me by surprise, but now on day 3 I'm writhing in pain. :-(  Maybe I'll feel up to it tomorrow. I've just felt queasy and had weird hot flashes,  in addition to regular debilitating cramps, for the past two days.

Yesterday I did t25 lower, t25 cardio and a 4 mile run.

Today I did pump and shred and hopefully can go out for a run when dh and dd come back from breakfast!
