Back on the horse!

After I gave birth I was 180 and then I got down to 136. I'm now back at 149 mainly because I quit smoking and was eating EVERYTHING in sight plus I stopped working out. I need to get back at it...Uhg where to start, where to start?

I am struggling myself to get back on track,
Go slowly,make changes to your meal one at a time and it will surely get easier,you can start exercise by walking,small steps till u get into a routine,hope this helps,hug mama

You can do this!  One day at a time...focus on your diet then work on exercise.  Good luck!

Have you ever tried yoga? That can help with any sort of cravings you have and control your oral fixation. A beginners yoga routine every morning will make you feel so much better and help with the negative feelings about starting again. It sounds pretty cliche' but yoga will make positive thoughts and decisions come a lot easier.
