Wednesday workouts

Ran 5k this morning 6:30am, did my 160 squats part of my 30 day squat challenge. What did you guys do today???

Squats!   just not 160 of them  LOL

worked some on shoulders.  I think I need to up it because they're not getting stronger.  I also think I need to get back to the doctor to check some of the structure alignment.

flexing exercises for my recovering hand.  some of those tendons are VERY stiff and sore.
