Here is the exercise chart we will be using for this challenge! If you join the challenge late, it's okay. Just start on the first day and keep going until you reach the end!
Beginning February 11th, you'll receive a daily link to the post of the day!
Here are some tips to consider before starting any challenge:
- Remember to consult your physician before starting a weight loss challenge to be sure you are able to do the exercises.
- Make sure you "warm up" before starting any exercise routine.
- You can adjust the number of repetitions for each exercise based on your fitness level.
- Stay hydrated.
- To keep track of your progress, take your measurements on day 1 and when you finish the challenge.
